Cant make login server acct

Hi,

I am a returning player and unable to login it keeps saying invalid password. I am trying to follow the forum instructions of merging the 2 accounts on the Getting Started page (here - https://www.project1999.com/account/?Play&SkipSMS) and after I verify the SMS in step 3 it just keeps pushing me back to step 2. I cannot ever complete the process.

How can I reset password or be able to advance to step 4?
