Can't add people to Friends/Ignored

Hi all, been playing P99 for about a month now. I have always been able to add people to my friends list, but starting a few days ago I cannot even access the Friends window. I have tried changing the key to open Friend in Options, but all it opens is a "Timer" with a clock on it. If I try to /addfriend, I get no message as if I did nothing. I can /addfriend someone, but it doesn't actually add them and I can confirm this by doing a /who all friend. I have not made any UI changes or anything of the sort, just seems pretty random. I would really like to change this, so if you need any further information to help troubleshoot this, let me know I'll be happy to comply.

I will try this asap tonight when I have access to my computer. Previously /addfriend was working but regardless, if /friend name works then I can deal with the lack of the Friend window just fine. I just want to be able to add people period.
