Yeah I saw that. part of the reason I don't think the show moving forward is going to spoil much. I think they're going their own way with the source material. More of an educated guess and a hope, but we'll see.

I have just started reading the books and I have already noticed some very noticeable plot changes in the TV series. Not a bad thing, though.. TV series is sooo good.

I think this season the TV show is going to take a drastic turn from the books.

I also think the books and the shows are going to have different endings.

This is what Im hoping for! Do you really believe if the TV ending is hated by people and fans then GRRM won't make changes for his book ending? One has to affect the other. Please keep them separate and different.

i hope the tv show spoils the plot for the books so all those dickheads who acted superior for reading the books before the tv show get super mad.

The first season is actually very close to the first book. They start changing more dramatically as time goes on. But I agree with you; although I think the books are definitely better, I'm still a fan of both. I think GoT is the most entertaining thing on TV right now. Specifically, Dinklage plays a good Tyrion (despite his accent being a very shitty rendition of what is supposed to be British). Also, the people playing Baelish, Davos, and especially the Hound do an amazing job. The dude playing the hound is a superb actor, and I appreciate the show for things like that which you obviously don't encounter when reading.

On the other hand, the dude playing Jon Snow is a pussy, so there's that
