Ooooooo I like this one ^^. I may have to try this when I eventually start my shammy alt. in the interim, I'll start carrying a copy on my main in case I run into Sox ^^

I've used this spell about 15 to 20 times. Those times in groups we're pretty important and when not, being blind in this game is stupidly dumb.

My cleric got a lot of use out of it in Highpass. It seems to me that critters capable of casting it use it more now than they did back in the old days on Live. I only very occasionally recall it as a problem in groups when I was leveling my druid, who can't do anything about that.

Half those times were in highpass. It seems only mobs in 20s and 30s, while still incredibly rare, that use blindness. Any 40 and 50 mobs/dungeons where you see it? (no pun intended)

My characters aren't up that high yet, so I haven't seen those spots again. I have a vague recollection that there was some kind of change in the critter AI maybe 2003+ that inclined casters more toward spells like that and perhaps that still holds sway here.
