Mage: Pet damage cap/damage formula

Pets SHOULD be able to equip a Weighted Axe and do 90 DMG. However they cannot equip them on this server.

I've had that bug post and another one going for 3 or so years now.

EXACTLY what I was looking for. Last night I was in FM. First hillock I kill drops a Weighted Axe....look at the axe then I look at my pet.....and I didn't give it to him because I wasn't sure he would equip it so I sold it in EC for like 4k. JK, I vendered it.

Anyway, I know pets used to be able to equip them on Live. The dmg was....a very nice perk for Mages [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] and others of course.

Hey so I looked up baton of faith and it's like 100p. As a level 18 I only have about 130p. Are there any other cheaper weapons say in the 5-10p range that are over say 15 damage? My focused pet is currently hitting for 20. I'd love to get some benefit out of this before my pet starts hitting for more than that by itself.

I know I am replying a little late but simply put....your pet will not hit for 30 until level 34. Just a thought.
