Default Broken Gravity

All My chars float safely to ground all the time. Ex jumping from Kelethin i receive no falling damage. Also Randomly I get stuck when i jump in air. Doing everything i can think of like running in windows xp sp2. However my game wont launch when i try to launch as an administrator, idk if that's a factor.

Isn't this to do with client frame rate? I read something somewhere about falling damage being calculated clientside by how far you move per frame or similar.

Try capping the frame rate via the in game option. I think I have mine set to 40 or so.
