No those are the old rules, the new rules are be friends with __________ and all rules are optional. If you are not friends with __________ your petitions will go unanswered for months, while friends of _________ can be skyped for an immediate response. If you are friends with _________ no evidence regarding any "Alleged" rule offense will be deemed sufficient for punishment. Those who aren't friends with ________ will be banned with little to no evidence provided.
