AoN removes nameplates from your character. This is extremely useful in pvp and mass pvp. When you change your game files to turn skeletons into humans ...do I need to go any farther?

skeleton form doesn't have name plates. if a bunch of people in mass pvp are skeletons, they have an advantage. you change the models to human, that name plate comes back and the advantage of having an aon disappears. that alerts the game in a way that is unfair to the people who don't edit their model files.

whoa hold up, no one's paying no one off capone style.

server needs a fair investigation, and trial.

sirken can be the judge, and 10 server peers as the jury. 5 from each side ( 5 tmo, 5 empire ).

Don't really see it as a big deal honestly. By I understand why Empire would be so butthurt, probably need every advantage you can get.
