If certain players really did such bad stuff, report them to the GMs and let then deal with it. Turns out the GMs didn't permanently ban or punish Macca, so why ostracize him?

One guild doesn't get to choose who another guild can invite. You don't like them? Don't invite them to your guild.

That leaves 2/3 of the server for your guild to recruit from. I recall someone in TMO saying they had 300 applicants. Seems like TMO will not have trouble fielding an force if they so choose.

As far as I can tell Empire made one claim, they welcomed TMO to red as long as they didn't ally with their enemies. TMO made the choice to do just that.

Don't be upset that TMO doesn't have free reign to farm raids anymore. This isn't blue were you can make enemies and they can't do anything about it.

As was the case, but when two guilds have a non aggression pact and one guild joins forces with the bitter enemies of the other, that pretty much ends the agreement.

For perspective, does your claim of one guild not telling another who they can invite also apply to Alarti telling Empire who they can/can't invite to their guild?

The problem isn't with Empire, if you guys somehow got on top you'd be the same, don't you pride yourself on winning all the mobs on blue? I thought you guys knew what the deal was coming here?
