Default Pally 2-Handing

Been playing my Paladin recently after taking a long break from the game. He's approaching level 20 and I was wondering if it's worth investing time\money into a Mithril Two-Handed Sword or just use the Poison Wind Censer currently in his bags.

I should mention he has no haste items, but I may try to buckle down and win a camp for FBSS on my rogue, which is why the sword seems useful to me. Just want to get some insight from more experienced players.

On an unrelated matter, my rogue has a Tainted Darksteel Breastplate and Glowing Sword Hilt sitting in his bags. Could I possibly MQ them for their respective quests in the future for myself?

The censer has a better ratio than the sword even w/ its haste bonus.

The glowing sword hilt would need to be looted by the Paladin in order to buy a MQ. If you can kill Xicotl drag him to the entrance, kill him there, and loot the hilt on the paladin.
Regarding the BP, you need a lot (I maxxed it to be safe) Erudin faction. The BP is fairly common so it's probably just to drag your paladin along on Hate raids until it drops.

I don't believe this is correct. The hilt shoulld be MQ'able as follows by logging back and forth between toons

1) Max faction for both toons
2) Paladin turns in sealed note to Bro Hayle and gets a opened note back
3) Rogue turns in hilt
4) Paladin turns in the returned note, your testimony, and the brilliant sword of faith
5) Accept server wide congrats on your soulfire

Granted, it is probably easier for you simply to get a hilt on the paladin than it is to faction your rogue, but it doesnt hurt to have that rogue factioned either as he may want a soulfire himself for the clicky CH's in the future.

BPs are laying around in half the server population's bags ready for MQ. If you're ready for it ask around a little.

It's making more and more sense to dump the items from my Rogue in favor of having the Pally acquire them. It looks like at the very least it'll save me faction grinding. Thanks for the heads up man. Info like this is why I post questions here.

99.9% of all Soulfire MQ Sellers require that YOU have max faction and the hilt.
They do the rest of the quest, meet you in Splitpaw, and do the turnin.

If you are not buying the MQ but MQing it yourself for an alt then yes it doesn't matter who has the hilt as long as the paladin has an item he can turn in last to receive the Soulfire.
However, as was pointed out this is twice as much faction work as your main and paladin alt both need max faction.

I found the 2k price tag for a Soulfire MQ 100% worth it. And killing Xicotl for a paladin alt should be cake.

On a side note related to the initial post, the Soulfire is crap. It just looks cool. I personally used Sword of Morning + Shield until I got my Avenger.
