I'm new on P99, and my memories are old, but I would suggest SHM/MNK/ENC
Shm/mnk is an awesome duo and shm/enc work pretty well.
If you put encore on the Shm/Mnk duo, you'll get a great boost to DPS with haste, charmed pet DPS and even if Shm doesn't needs a lot of mana regen due to cannibalize, the breeze line of spell will be a great add for any caster.
Your Mnk will be able to solo pull easilly and FD if any problem and enc to crowd control in case of FD fail.
So you'll even be able to farm a little dungeons.
But I haven't played before on P99 so the experience might be different.
