AC is a random spawn that can happen anywhere in half of a zone on any random night.
not sure why ac is compared here except you bring up a good point because when ac use to spawn in one location just like SF it was considered a camp.

If this is anything to go by I'm guessing Nilbog is expecting this to be an FTE engagement. However, I personally feel like most other things social, camps should be respected. Sadly that gesture doesn't always get reciprocated

I believe it should be a camp on the pve server. Unfortunately, I can't enforce that. It's up to the csr team to determine how to treat this camp.

Personally, I'd like it to be up to the players to keep a list, and it be respected.
