As Snapple posted above petition in game and on forums and try to catch Sirken online or another Guide/GM I don't think Eunomia is around anymore and haven't seen Ephi in a while but there are a few others guides that are occasionally around the forums I believe they might be able to help you. Don't give up and try not to get too frustrated there are probably a lot of petitions ahead of yours for different reasons. Oh also you could try mentioning it on Sirken's twitch stream he might find time to help you then if able.

Until your corpse rots I don't think it is a /petition situation. You are saying you can't get it because your internet doesn't work? They would say that is your problem. Once you can log in simply go get it. If you can't find it you can have a necro summon it, etc.

Once your corpse does rot you can /petition to have it summoned to NFP. I have done this several times and it has never been a problem. Usually get it within a couple days. I have had corpses summoned that were a year old.

Naw partner before my internet was connected at my new house it rotted heck once charter finally came out and connected my net and tv I logged in bought a port to Ic and ran to EW hoping it wouldn't have rotted yet only to hit /cor and have it say I didn't have any corpses in the zone
