New PC connot connect to server, need help!

My new computer cannot connect to p1999 but my old laptop and desktop work fine.

On the new pc I click on the Launch Titanium.bat shortcut EQ loggin comes up. I type my account and password, hit loggin. I sometime get the server list 50/50 when i try to click on any of the servers, I instently get brought back to login. I have tryed turning off firewalls and disabling antivirus to no avail. forwarded port 5998 TCP/UDP. I somtimes get error 1017 trying to log back in or Cannot connect message when im on the server list.

Also cant go back to my old tower Gave it to my GF.

OS: windows 10
Ram: 32 gigs
Mother board: GigaByte 990FXA-UD3 R5
SSD: 512, SATA: x2 3 Terabyte & a 4 Terabyte
CPU:AMD FX(tm)-9590 Eight-Core Processor 4.70GHz 5GHz boost.
Video card: EVGA Titan X overclocked 12G VRAM.
I have tryed eq from my SSD and from a SATA with no diffrence.

Heres the command line of my .bat file "c:\windows\system32\cmd.exe /C start /affinity 1 eqgame.exe patchme"

Update: Took out my Titan X and put in my ATI radeon 9880 same deal so at least i know its not the overclocked card as an issue!... Wonder if my cpu could be the issue.

Probably the cpu. Your going to have issues with framerate in the game once you get in anyway running on anything higher then 4.0ghz

You (hopefully) built a computer that is "too good" for EQ lol. I mean jesus i hope you plan on playing the new fallout or something like that for the specs of that PC damn.

Nope not a brag post Tilt. The hardware does nothing for EQ. Tried to lower my clock with Overdrive and screan went black. On the off chance it isnt processor im having issues just logging in as well even prior to joining server.

Graphics are nice but the new mmos blow... I just wanted to play Arc survival on ultra not lose my EQ fix.So far Skyrim,Darksouls 2 just about everything els working fine but my char on eq is rotting because i cant play......

One of my gaming systems runs faster than 4.7 bud and has zero issues with EQ.

What processor manufacturer is it? If the issue isnt the cpu speed, then maybe windows 10.. or Bios but i rather not flash bios. The other 2 comps in the house can log on just fine, so dont know how it could be a net issue.
