Uhm yeah he did looking at that fraps and logs. It only takes a Monk/Shaman to duo puppets. Camping from a Chanter to a shaman once you trigger a spawn is not against the rules. People spawn ragefire all the time and swap characters after that they duo it with. They had their 20 minutes and you didn't give it to them. Bad ruling by the GM.
