Voted no because I would never want a monument in an elf sim for myself if I were to untimely pass

It may just be a game, but I think alot of us can say we made/have alot of close friends that we play with here. Honoring someone like this in game may not seem like much, but it would represent how much impact he had on the people he played with.
That being said, I think a gofundme for his family would not only help his family financially, but could also show him how much of an influence he made even during his time playing an elfsim with strangers.

A monument in game wouldn't be for him at the end of the day it would be for the people he was friends with. He wouldn't care one way or another he has passed away. It would help the people who were close to him in game feel like he made an impact and left a mark.
Now the Gofundme idea is great if someone knows how to get it to go to the right place. I see a lot of death and families afterwards and there is nothing worse than not only having to pick up the pieces and move on without a loved one but also dealing with the financial hardship that can come with it. If he meant that much to you then think about what he meant to his family and what an act of kindness like that would do to help them emotionally. Seeing that he impacted others lives like that.

its a video game not real life. The way some people talk you'd think the eulogy will involve people saying "he was a level 60 ogre warrior".
