Miscellaneous: paladin /sk defense skill bug-230

It affects the tracking skill for druids as well in the skill window (still shows as 50 in red), although it just seems to be a display bug and not actually affecting track - tracking is definitely much better for Druids than it was when the cap was actually 50.

My monk also has red skill for Hand to Hand but again it's hard to tell if it is just a display bug or not.

Can you just level with us as to whether or not this is an issue that you guys can't find a solution to or maybe just don't have the resources to dedicate time to it atm Nilbog? We knights are pretty forgiving and understanding!

I still scratch my head because Titanium defaults to the higher, correct values. I said it before, I'll say it again, but I wonder if perhaps the folks running P99 have forgotten how to revert some of the changes made in the past. 2009 is a fairly long time ago at this point.

I post zones where the values display correctly, and where they don't, in hopes that the developers here can check server-side (it HAS to be host-side since our client doesn't change one zone to the next!) and identify what's going on. There has to be some difference, even if it's subtle and hard to spot.

Must be a client issue for some, because some people reported seeing 252/white in ThurgB/other zones, I ran to those zones myself and still saw red.

Very strange, I haven't seen my skill be capped in any zone I've ever been in.

I will run around a bit more on my paladin and see if it fluctuates

White/252 in Iceclad. I can never leave this zone.
