Loading issue

When I load the game in any instance (WinEQ2 or regular), it loads up like this...

[You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Any suggestions? I've tried everything aside from a fresh install.. (yes, I've repaired the installation.

Update: I just did a fresh install. Same problem.

Update 2: I turned off EQPN, and still -- same problem.
