take boat from nro to iceclad, run from iceclad through ew then hit GD. pick up the tooth at the portal there and now you can get ported. can also just get ported to ic and skip the boat.

OMG i need to learn how to read the map legend better, I was going to ask if 14 on the map was the boat location and guess what. 14 Dock with boat to Iceclad Ocean

FYI, when you get to Iceclad, the raft will dock at a tiny island in the middle of nowhere. Get off there, cross the little island, and take the big boat, Icebreaker, to the second set of docks, where you can swim/run to the southwest corner of the zone where the Graitspaign (the big dragon skull bridge guarded by 2 widely spaced giants) sits.
