Having recently purchased a 460gtx, you'll find it's been superceded by the 560gtx ti... which is better quite a decent margin [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Wouldn't a 460 or 280 be a good option? Or one of the lower tiers from ATI?

The 6950 1gig is the answer to the ti and both are the new cards on the 250ish block.

Ati 5870 is what I have. Its mid priced and a bitchin card.

The truth says,

The values are from like $50 bucks to $650 , i'd say its mid priced. This one is like $340 now. Plenty of cards that cost more then this up to $650
