cant log into account after DC

After my husband was DC'd from the server, he was unable to log back in saying the IP was blocked, I tried to log into my account and it said the same thing?!?!?!?

I petitioned for a 2nd account for our IP, but no repsonse, so hubbby and I take turns playing for short periods of time. Now we cant log in at all, so frustrating. Want to play with friends and now we cant.

Can anyone help?

Sounds like you need to wait a few minutes before logging in after a LD or etc.

Your char is still in world, and your tryin to log in from same ip. so it blocks you. If you have waited longer than 5 mins and it wont work, then Im not sure. usually takes maybe 30 secs to a min when I ld.

thank you will keep trying ! Its hard whne 2 people want to play and only one of us can log in. lol grrrrrr
