That's Tarn, but what about Sultin? He doesn't give the quests at indifferent con, and killing shadowed men for 6+ hours does nothing to raise your faction with him.

Mmmmph have ya clicked on the faction link on Alla? there are quests u can do to raise faction. Like Bloodstones to Tarn Visilin in HHK, I see Dervs fixed him last patch [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

As of today's patch, Sultin is on beta-neutral faction. Given that he is, of course, in the Temple, and that Alla lists him as being on Temple of Sol Ro faction, I have wasted many an hour on shadowed men. [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Quest works as of now, i just finished the Rod of Insideous Glamour and Incandscent gloves.

Turned in 100 bloodstones to Tarn and no change in faction. Is this working as intended?

Ingenious enchanters have other ways of making mobs/NPC's amiable. Trust me i was a bit apprehensive when i figured it out. But im now the proud owner of a new clicky rod and gloves.

He is now on Temple of Solusek Ro faction. There are several turnins you can do to remedy this.
