corporate oligarchy is materially not much different from fascism.
when the owners of the means of production control the policies of a nation, it makes little difference whether or not they are officially recognized as a government. but lick some more boots pls.

Corporate oligarchy = The people who own the country do whatever the fuck they want policy-wise. Materially, it stems from hyper-individualism, as opposed to the collectivism required by fascism. The voters who put people like this (Trump) in office think he's going to release them from responsibilities toward other people, whether that's healthcare, welfare, or accepting immigrants. Of course, he doesn't, it's all just a rape of the american people, but they don't know that. You should spend more time reading books and less time in Berkeley throwing bricks at store-windows.

Either way neither is good, some of one & some of the other doesn't make it better either.

beyond all the trappings which fascisms have come with, at its core, fascism is nationalized means of production.
it is also the things it says in the dictionary, and also the things which lune said (which can be summed up as aestheticization of politics, in the future, lune), but it is mainly nationalization of the means of production. which is not materially different than corporate oligarchy.
