Strengthen (clicky effect)
Wasn't sure if this should be placed under spells since the spell is strengthen or game effects since the spell is cast by an item.
Item: Initiate Symbol of Brell Serilis Effect: Strenghten (must equip. Casting Time: 4.0) This item is the result of a quest Bronlor Lightblade in South Kaladim. The spell casts normally once the item is clicked, places the spell Strengthen on the target for 27 minutes, and raises the targets strength by 10. After about 25 seconds the +10 strength effect runs out and the target returns to its normal strength rating, but the spell icon remains in the effects window with appropriate amount of time left on it. Zoning partially resets the buff granting +5 strength for the remainder of the spells duration. | ||

Strengthen clicky effect from Brell initiate necklace bugged.
The item initiate symbol of brell serilis is bugged atm. the clicked effect Strengthen fluctuate when you get hit and/or zone. it starts out as a 10 point str buff, but when i zone it drops down to 5. and if i get hit it totally negates it down to zero, but i still see the buff on me.

Spell/Item Glitch - Initiate Symbol of Brell Serilis's Strengthen Effect
So I have the necklace on my Gnome Cleric who worships Brell, and I can cast the Strengthen buff on the necklace. My base STR is 70 and when the buff lands, it boosts my STR to 80.
Intermittently however (sometimes immediately after casting the buff and then -moving-), the STR will drop back to 70 despite the Strengthen buff being present in my buff window. Definitely seems to be more than a visual glitch because I will become encumbered because of it, lose agility, and move slower all while the buff icon still shows.
