• Haynar: Fixed an issue where the lazy aggro changes caused mobs that call for help (like Tunare) to not function correctly.
• Haynar: Fixed an issue with transport spells cast in same zone as their destination, which caused them to behave incorrectly like a succor/evac.

The rooted mob wouldnt face their target. Therefor, no ranged attack. Now they face target and know to fire away.

They always have and will shoot arrows throw axes hurl stones. Doesn't help that Haynar added the facing component now. Sit behind a tree if you don't want to get shot.
