I like having first breakfast when I wake, something simple like a round of toast. I'll then have second breakfast for some porridge with salted butter and a couple of handfuls of berries. Third breakfast will be something cooked or a cold meat/cheese spread. I sometimes skip third breakfast, but I will normally have a fruit after that for fourth breakfast. Bananas are great.
At this point it is time for elevensies, usually a hot drink and perhaps some toast with fruit spread, a small cake or occasionally something savoury if I am out of the house. Lunch is used to load up on veg, but with some meat or eggs too. A fruit based pudding with a side of icecream is usual. Afternoon tea means another hot drink and some sandwiches or cake. Dinner or supper next, depending on the size of lunch. Either curry or chilly with rice, or something more like a salad, possibly with soup and sandwich. Usually followed by a light treat, such as fruited yoghurt or moose. Evening snacks might be some corn crisps and some wine or fruit cordial. During the day avoid sitting down, try to keep moving.

The reason I would be reluctant is because I hear that fasting can trigger the dreaded metabolic slowdown where you hang on to fat and metabolism slows (energy drops too). But if its a whole well-researched method that's working for people -- more power to them.
Despite weird claims I'm handing out marketing advice -- I mostly keep it pretty conservative and non-trendy for diets. This is after doing Atkins as a young adult and finally falling off the wagon. The conservative way to do it -- is to just eat what you need to get the your nutrients and metabolism up (depends on age but around 1300 usually). If your doing this -- it will be extremely hard to eat anything like Spaghetti or Frenchbread or Both. It just takes too much calories for something that doesn't give you nutrients or fill you up. You will feel like eating a lot more white dinner rolls than the 100% whole wheat version. IN ADDITION -- White (White Rice*, Potatos, Pasta) flour gives energy spikes. Whole wheat bread by contrast will not spike your blood sugar as much. Small meals 5-6 times a day has been shown to keep most people's energy relatively steady. This is all important because it prevents hunger spikes and weird emotional outbursts. Personally I wouldn't eat tons of bad carbs even I could get away with it because it makes it hard to keep your fiber right. Which means its hard to keep dry regular stools. Which means now that whole area is fucked up. This intermittent fasting sounds like a bad one if you ever want to strength train for big muscles though (therefore probably bad for Endomorphs). You want your body to be absorbing protein as much as possible -- it can only take in so much at once. I'm going to go ahead and guess you don't see a lot of football players or bodybuilders on this one. *White Rice is the lowest carbs out of all the big white empty carbs. So I think its OK in moderation for In-shape people. Just not for weight loss.
