It is not allowed and people are banned for it. It's quite common to run into Apex boxing though. The general consensus is that GMs won't enforce the rules against Apex. It's not a huge problem.

Lol ivah I don’t box, I even got a ghost target and bindsighted ragesaurus and could clearly see he was boxing voodoo, not once did they move at the same time. And yea if you call having a res box up “boxing” I use to do that when tl box worked too ��

I have two mana stones and countless dropables ready for wipe. I know plenty of people with way better gear ready for a wipe. We old we just want to kill each other in classic with a somewhat decent code.
