On the one hand, it is dumb that a huge train is essentially equal to pvp immunity for a bard, but on the other hand - if you root them or you rapture them or do anything else that will allow their train to catch up to them, it is TOTALLY CERTAIN that they will take an exp death. The likelihood of you as the pvper actually getting the kill shot in against a com swarm is vanishing-to-none. It's very disingenuous to claim that all you wanted to do was pvp - all you guys posting here about how unfair this is, you're smirking out of the other side of your mouth. Not one of you cast that root or that rapture actually thinking "yeah I'm going to get a YT out of this" - every last one of you KNOWS you are exp-deathing someone, and that's why the rule is right even if it's sad that it has to be that way.

On the other other hand, the bard choose to create a situation where the only possible outcome is to die instantly to the massive train they intentionally created should any possible thing go wrong.
At some point the responsibilty for the outcome of a situation falls on the person that created the situation and not someone else.
