How rare is the Wind Tablet?

I've seen dozens of sproc lords die ( don't think it actually drops from him ) and a fair number of queen bee kills and not a single wind tablet drop, are they just super rare or do I have super bad luck for drops?

I've only seen it from the Queen Bee. Took me a long time get it. Pretty rare but after I got mine another dropped a week or 2 later.

Only ever seen it off queen b or sisters of spire. Fairly rare.

Queen B drops 1-2 loots and w class specific quests avail for each class seeking a drop. It will always be pretty rare as its a once a week shot.

In my experience, the no drop haste quest drops from DTing bosses felt the “rarest” which might be by design since these are classic quests that reward outerworldly 41% haste belts that are still very useful even with Velious options.
