SONH - Mystic Dovan wrong faction

I am kindly with shamans inside cabilis, warmly with troopers, apprehensive with crusaders, dubious to merchants, and scowling with necromancers.

Mystic Dovan is scowling to me. He should be on the same faction as the rest of the shamans, especially since he is a quest NPC on the shaman cudgel quest line.

Odd, pretty sure I was amiable to him when I did the turn in a while back, as I am with the shamans, crusaders, and merchants.
