Reimbursements wait times?

Anyone got an idea on reimbursement wait times? i messed up a sky quest turn in today and was curious what people have been seeing for petition wait times recently?

Classic Live never reimbursed for screw ups when quests were working as intended. Chalk it up to a learning experience and move on so you don't over burden staff. Then we may get GM events.

Well that's a head scratcher, was one something minor and the other something they don't reimburse?

Wouldn't they resolve/close the petition with an appropriate comment, if it is something they don't reimburse?

Took them about 3 to 4 months when I had an issue a while back. May depend on the difficulty of the request.
