Doesn't matter what the judge says. There is no legal standard for proving innocence so it's impossible to do in a court of law. I can find judges saying all sorts of stupid shit.

That means that you are saying that it's impossible to prove a claim that the prosecution has failed to prove factual guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.

However it's trivial to prove this claim because whenever the jury returns a not guilty verdict it claims that the prosecution has failed to prove factual guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. QED.
