A Withered 2.5 Inch Finger
A Withered 3 Inch Finger
A Withered 4 Inch Finger

These drop from the Fingered Skeleton in Kurns Tower, close to the Jester camp (who drops a 7/18 weapon that procs fleeting fury and sells for 200pp). The camp also produces a decent amount of fine steel weapon for a toon in the teens.
