Fear Kiting on the "Lawn" in the Erudin Palace Docks PoD Area

I haven't done much fear kiting, but after Eru guards patted through / near pillars in Erudin in that grassy area near the PoD they'd become z-axis inaccessible. Bouncing about and "out of range" for melee.

EDIT: Just regular Erudin city area with the docks, not sure why I always add palace to the description.
