Help cant log in Active Character

I am unable to log into Green Server. Says Error 1018: You currently have an active character on that EverQuest Server, please allow a minute for synchronization and try again.

Who do I contact to reset my character.

Did you allow a minute for synchronization and try again?

Sometimes it will take more than a minute.

If you shared your login info with someone, there's a much greater chance it's that person on your account.
