Username/password

Hey, forgive me for being lazy.
I could not get passed the security question to reset my password on EQEmilator page.. which is Kunark.. but says is wrong. I cannot remember my old password, and so I cannot log into everquest. Any idea's guys?

Hi Albanwr, Thank you for the answer. I've done this for both accounts. I am unable to login to EQ game after resetting and making a new account.

do you get an error message?

I used both username and password for the two types of login.
