The United States military has a test called the ASVAB where white people must score above a 31 which is essentially guaged at an IQ of 95, but they'll make exceptions for scores as low as 10 for minorities. A score of 10 by a recent high school graduate corresponds with an IQ of 83. Anyone below that is technically considered mentally retarded, and unfit for military service.
