Game Mechanics: Languages training past 100.

I just used 100 of my druid's training points on the Goblin language earlier as my sister and I are trying to get them all practiced. I was under the impression that the max a language skill can go is 100 but I seemed to be able to train higher than that. Bug?

Does it drop back down to 100 if you zone/relog?

Negative, I checked right after I gated to Steamfont and it was still 101.

Edit: My sister also experienced the same issue, she trained 101 in Faerie the other day and it is still like that today.
