unable to camp out to character select

I am unable to camp out to character select. The game crashes every time without fail.

If you're using xp compatibility mode - switch it to the other version. Like XP sp2 > XP sp3.

Moved to tech support. Disabling loading screens in your eqclient.ini helps as well
