Hey pal,

Pick a number. Any number.

https://www.law.cornell.edu/rules/fre/rule_803

Narrator: Seedy, actually read through the law for once. What he could understand, he realized was not an exception. Will he admit CNN lied to him, or will he admit the lady's testimony was hearsay? Stay tuned.
Can they even refer to DOJ for anything besides contempt?

Looking for a non-lawyer answer.

Is that the only quote you're asserting is hearsay or are there other specific ones you'd like to know about?

I know multiple people who voted for him in 2020 and don't think the trial is a witchhunt based on how they saw him act after the election.
Really? Who? None of the people I know that voted in 2020 changed their minds.

Congressional investigative committees like this can refer things to the DOJ for criminal investigation, yes. In that case, the DOJ then decides what to do (the Committee cannot order them to pursue charges).

Re: contempt, that's actually the one instance where the DOJ would HAVE to pursue charges. If Congress finds someone in contempt, the DOJ must bring the case to a Grand Jury.

Like what situation are you in where you're like, "you too huh, you changed your mind about trump in the last 3 weeks?" to multiple people?
Most people I associate with are intelligent and educated. Those on the Republican side are therefore not the extreme right partisan nutjobs. They're Republicans, but they are analytical and not unwilling to admit fault in a Republican politician.

The reason we think the country is just extremely polarized and people would never do that is because the media only broadcasts the people that yell the loudest, which are the people on the far sides of the left/right spectrum. That's why sometimes people are surprised to find that the majority of Americans don't fall into that bucket.

I honestly dont think a single forum poster here has changed their stance on any of the candidates? I know I did.

If you look at my posts in 2019 they were staunchly anti trump during the election, i hated that guy I was so afraid we were all gonna die because he was talking about shooting lasers through bodies.

But I definitly dont think what we replaced him with was better at all.

I'm not a fan of either of them, but the replacement is categorically worse, unless you just hate trumps personality.

If your stance is that most of the people in the OT forum on P99 are a good gauge for what the majority of American citizens are like you might need to seriously re-evaluate your analysis.
