Again. I don’t want to ban guns. It’s not realistic. Would be like trying to ban bikes in the Netherlands.

I’m just saying if you want to reduce the violence, and by proxy probably the number of guns, in places like Chicago and Detroit, you need to help those places. It’s not going to help itself. It’s sad because these were once great cities of America. But they got the rug pulled out from under them. Same with Apalachia. The ones that could leave left and the ones that stayed were left in the rubble.

What do you do when you’re born to a crackhead mom and a gang member dad? Anything you can to survive. Surrounded by violence, poverty, and drugs from the day you’re born. Can you truly imagine how terrible that must be? Are these kids supposed to pull themselves up from bootstraps they don’t even have and go to night school? Do you have that amount of focus and drive? Probably not, cuz you’re here posting with me lol.

I concede on banning guns. Let’s not ban guns. Now what?

Also. I’m going to bed, cuz like you Jibroni, I am high [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] Night night
I think it's the violence in video games, and media, and music.

Take the same logic to someone being influenced to do crime, because they are poor.

And then imagine you're poor and everything you consume is like SHOOT SHOOT kill kill GANGSTA fight FIGHT FIGHT money money get yours get yours!!

odd end date there, are you pointing to the rise of American counter culture?

Quote:
During the 1960s, the foreign-born percentage of the U.S. population hit its lowest levels, hovering around just five percent, according to the U.S. Census Bureau. Still, the decade would lay the seeds of a lasting change in the nature of U.S. immigration. The Civil Rights movement and a burgeoning counterculture helped to pull society away from racial and ethnic discrimination and from the policies that had typified the post-World War II establishment. Since the 1920s, U.S. immigration policy had focused on a quota system that strongly favored northern European residents. In the early 1960s, residents of Ireland, Germany, and the United Kingdom received almost 70 percent of available quota visas.

The Immigration and Naturalization Act of 1965 changed all that. Sponsored by Representative Emanuel Celler of New York and Senator Philip Hart of Michigan and signed by President Lyndon B. Johnson at a ceremony on Liberty Island, the Act abolished the quota system in favor of a regime that established immigration preferences by categories. The 1965 law reserved 6% of visas for refugees, 10% for professionals, scientists, and artists, 10% for needed workers, and 74% for family members of naturalized U.S. citizens. This policy favoring family reunification would result in significant demographic changes over the coming decades, as immigration from Europe declined and the U.S. welcomed an increasing flow of migrants from Asia and Latin America.

yes I do believe post modernism has completely destroyed this country.

Holden Caulfield is literally the poster child for everyone since then and he was a completely useless slug who hated everything.

My guess is he's pointing to LBJ's "we'll have them <bleeps> voting Democrat for 200 years" 'Great Society' you-can-marry-the-state generational homewrecking programs,

but /shrug.

OP is so fucking stupid.

Let me paraphrase "LOL we'll have strict gun control laws and only have one national tragedy per generation..."

Most "libs" would sign up for that, retard.

Hope that helps

Gun control.
