This is a rather uncommon item used in making Wu armor and it is required to level tailoring. I don't see it sold very often so i am wonder what people are willing to pay for it. if its used just in the creation of wu armor and you can get an entire set of wu armor for around 300p I cant imagine its worth all too much.
