Cherry Garcia by Ben and Jerry's is my absolute favorite. I suppose you don't have that company over there. It's thicker fudge flakes and bits of cherry in cherry ice cream. Very, very good.

To be fair figs and dates elevate any pastry to an obscenely delicious level. Dates are way too sweet though so I have to use them sparingly
