Default Bow Procs Incorrectly Using Main Hand Weapon delay to determine proc chance

When firing a bow with a proc, it will use the weapon delay of the mainhand weapon to determine the chance of firing that proc.

Please see the video link below where a shadow knight with the wuoshi dropped Skydarkener, will proc basically every other shot, while using a weighted axe.

I think I see a problem with this, but before changing anything, is there any historical evidence of what should determine ranged procs?

Forgot, but isn't bow damage bonus based on 2H? That needs to be looked at as well. NM https://project1999.com/forums/showt...=414463&page=7

This is a really good thread regarding proc rates. Appears to follow same logic as melee weapons.
