Don't forget putrid rib bones, suprised I don't see it on that wiki page either I'll have to update it.
Wow, thanks for mentioning that. I only knew about the monk headband quest for putrid rib bones, didn't know there was a good xp turnin for them.

It is very good, but you have to do it the slow way for maximum XP. Hand in to Niclaus, run back to qeynos, hand in to priestess jahnda or whatever, repeat. When you're like, level 8-9, there's simply nothing better. Fangs start being worse xp, the gnolls are mostly greening out, there's a really really dumb portion of qeynos where simply doing putrids is astronomically faster than doing anything else.

Blackburrow has a weird jump where its like, a level 4-6 zone, then a level 12-15 zone with very little in between and no one really goes there anymore so finding a group can be hard, but it's also like, unless you actively WANT to group it's drastically faster to just go farm putrids for ribs. Each trip back to qeynos is equal to killing about 20 blue cons and there's just not that many blue cons left in the area at that point.

Bandits in West Karana also kinda suck, the bronze is good money but its only 1-2% per hand in and they're harder than wisps to do unless you're like a druid or something.
