Curious, as I'm new here and I heard boxing isn't tolerated. What about a bard swarm kiting, who obviously has parked his alt nearby to soak xp while he swarms? (alt hasn't moved an inch in 4-5 hours now, so it's obvious what's happening)

Is that allowed here, or nah?

If he's boxing then that's bannable.

If he's not boxing, then it's against the rules if the other character is fully AFK. If someone is available to interact on the character, then it's not against the rules it's just PLing essentially.

What I would do in this situation is petition. The staff will usually investigate and attempt to communicate with the other character. If the other character doesn't communicate, the staff may suspend both (not sure if they would outright ban the first time for this). In addition, if the staff suspects there may be boxing going on they will subject both characters to the boxing test...if they fail the test then they will be banned.

no, that's explicitly talking about killing things yourself while afk, not sitting in a group getting experience afk lol

the only way to stretch it to being disallowed is if you consider a GM multiboxing test requiring that you be there to perform the test as disallowing it, but that'd be pretty dishonest

as far as i know, its not disallowed. you can be AFK and soak exp in group.
