How does the UN and Blistiq have a million rules to support fair play on Green, and yet we have a guild (Castle) that consistently stalls Lady M in TOV for 45 minutes (for reasons like waiting on flurries to spawn, not enough people for Vulak yet, etc.)? One time a GM intervened, which was great. But where is the ruling that's going to prevent this from happening in the future?

Seems to me this was addressed on statue stalls and IIRC the sentiment was after X amount of time (10 minutes maybe) that it is acceptable for competing forces to DPS down the mob.
Alternately ToV is a dangerous place with a lot of pathing mobs and elaborate train out strategies. Would be a real shame if a train out from trips/doubles to back tag the vulak flurry accidently resulted in their raid getting dirty on all the trash mobs. | ||
