Getting 1017 on Blue, but able login to Green

Hi,
I've had this odd issue that I can login to Green just fine but when I try to login to Blue, I get 1017.

I've already:
1. Tried with/without middleman
2. Reinstalled EQ Titanium and patched V62
3. Removed anti virus software
4. Flushed DNS
Always the same problem, Green works just fine, Blue results 1017. Btw RED, test server all work well too, it's just Blue.

This is a new issue (2 weeks maybe) and my laptop hasn't changed in 8 years.
Any tips?
