The proc rate on the Earthshaker should be the default, which is 100% or " 0" in the Spdat files.

Default proc rate has been proven numerous times to be " on average " 2 procs per minute for any primary held weapon.


What it might be here on P99 I can not say, I would assume they have it set at what it Sony had it set at.
