I don't know, tossing in an Entrophy after sanguine blade makes me fairly tanky compared to other carries. I do fine. And on Kat, I get so much spell vamp I can stay alive through an entire ultimate with 3 people beating on me.

fortunately not that many people play him in ranked for some reason
